Christen McCurdy

Christen McCurdy is a reporter, editor and writer living in Portland. Since 2015 she has served as news editor of The Skanner News, a weekly newspaper covering Portland’s African American community. Her work has also appeared in Pacific Standard, Bitch, The Oregonian, Rewire, Narratively, Street Roots and the Portland Mercury.
